Three Minute Jam: low sugar, low hassle, and thick as jam. The most delicious jam

When the mixture boils, start adding sugar in small portions to facilitate mixing. For 3 kg of berries, I add 1.5 kg of sugar.

Bring the mixture back to a boil, reduce the heat and let it cook for exactly 3 minutes, remembering to stir occasionally.
