Sausage and Cheese Crescent Ring

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat:

Cook sausage until browned and fully cooked
Break into small crumbles
Drain excess grease
Season with:

Garlic powder
Black pepper
Paprika
Let cool slightly.

Step 2: Prepare the Dough Ring
Preheat oven to:

375°F (190°C)
On a baking sheet, arrange crescent triangles in a circle:

Wide ends overlapping in the center
Points facing outward
Press center edges slightly to form a ring base.

Step 3: Add the Filling
In a bowl mix:

Cooked sausage
Cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Spoon mixture evenly around the center of the dough ring.

Step 4: Fold the Ring
Fold the pointed ends of dough over the filling.

Tuck each point under the inner edge to seal.

Brush with melted butter if desired.

Step 5: Bake
Bake for:

20–25 minutes
until golden brown and fully cooked.

Step 6: Cool and Slice
Let rest for:

5–10 minutes
before slicing.

Step 7: Serve
Slice into wedges and serve warm.
