PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLOPPY JOE

Instructions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and break it into smaller pieces using a spatula.
  3. Cook until it turns brown.
  4. Drain excess grease from the skillet, add peppers, onions, and garlic, and continue to cook until softened.
  5. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, salt, balsamic vinegar and pepper.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and scoop onto the bottom half of each burger bun.
  8. Top each portion with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
  9. Place the top bun over the cheese-covered meat and serve immediately.
