Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and break it into smaller pieces using a spatula.
- Cook until it turns brown.
- Drain excess grease from the skillet, add peppers, onions, and garlic, and continue to cook until softened.
- Pour in the Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, salt, balsamic vinegar and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and scoop onto the bottom half of each burger bun.
- Top each portion with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
- Place the top bun over the cheese-covered meat and serve immediately.
