Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Oven
Preheat oven to:
400°F (200°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Create Cheese Rounds
Place small piles of mozzarella cheese on the baking sheet.
Leave space between each pile.
Flatten slightly into circles.
Step 3: Add Seasonings
Sprinkle each cheese mound with:
Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Step 4: Add Toppings
Place a few pieces of pepperoni on top of each cheese round.
Add any additional toppings if desired.
Step 5: Bake
Bake for:
7–10 minutes
until edges become golden brown and crispy.
Step 6: Cool
Remove from oven.
Allow chips to cool on the baking sheet for:
5–10 minutes
The chips will become crisp as they cool.
Step 7: Serve
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
Serve with low-carb dipping sauces if desired.

Oven Method
Produces the crispiest texture and most even cooking.
Air Fryer Method
Cook at:
375°F (190°C)
for 5–7 minutes.
Microwave Method
Place cheese rounds on parchment and microwave until crisp.
Skillet Method
Cook small cheese rounds in a non-stick skillet until crispy.
