For the Rolls
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup frozen blueberries (do not thaw)
1 tsp lemon zest (optional, brightens flavor)
For the Cheesecake Filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Make the filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Prepare dough: Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Fill: Spread about 1 tablespoon of cheesecake filling over each triangle.
Add blueberries: Sprinkle several frozen blueberries on top and a pinch of granulated sugar. Add lemon zest if using.
Roll: Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle into a crescent shape, sealing the edges gently.
Bake: Arrange on the tray and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
Glaze: Mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
