1½ cups all-purpose flour (180g)

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (226g)

1 cup sugar (200g)

4 large eggs, room temperature

½ cup sour cream (120mL)

2 tablespoons vanilla extract (yes, tablespoons – it’s wonderful)
