INGREDIENTS
For the crust
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) + 5 tablespoons salted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling
4 (8 ounce) packages full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) package banana cream instant pudding powder
2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, or vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
