Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the strawberries
Wash the strawberries well under cold water. Remove the green tops and cut the strawberries in half. Keep a few strawberry slices aside if you want to decorate the drink or bottles.
2. Add ingredients to blender
Add strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and ice cubes into a blender.
3. Blend the mixture
Blend for 1–2 minutes until creamy and pink. For a smooth drink, blend longer. For a slightly textured drink like the image, pulse a few times instead of blending completely.
4. Check the sweetness
Taste the smoothie. If your strawberries are not very sweet, add 1 more tablespoon of honey and blend again for a few seconds.
5. Adjust the texture
If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk. If it is too thin, add more yogurt, frozen strawberries, or half a banana.
